what is hotshots matchplay?

Participating in the in2tennis Hotshots Match Play events is the first stage in your child’s match play journey. With our professional coaches on hand to assist, these events provide an ideal setting for kids to try out friendly competition with other members of their local club. Kids can learn the fundamentals of gameplay and scoring in team tennis with Hot Shots Match Play, an enjoyable and social method to introduce the sport to them.

Hotshots Matchplay is an entry level competition played at Aintree Tennis Club every Friday night. All standards can play, from Red mini court, Orange 3/4 court and Green Full Court. Even Yellow Ball Teen aged students can play in this competition.

You can play as a team or  as an individual. We use variety of formats to keep it fun and exciting. From singles, doubles, ups and downs and teams with side games.

Beyond the competition, Hot Shots Matchplay events are opportunities for young players to connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts, build friendships, and become part of a supportive tennis community.
